1) Here I explain LIKOS it’s a circular strike. To execute from right side deliver a palm down strikes, the hand palm is our reference for delivering the strikes.
Palm down to deliver a strike hitting the RIGHT TEMPLE of the opponent. Bring the tip of the stick to your left side and in continuous circular motion deliver a palm up strikes hitting the top of the head of the opponent .
BALIKOS is a Backhand Likos comes from the word BALIK-LIKOS, Balik means return or come back or on the way back.
It is executed as Palm up first hitting the left Temple of the opponent and bring the tip of the sticks down to your right side and in continuous circular motion execute a palm down strikes hitting the top of the head.
