1) I explain the two types of Liso-liso or Commonly called as ABANIKO.
The first type is when the weapon hands delivered the strikes in Static position meaning the hands never move so much.
The 2nd type is when the hand moves inward and Backwards motion. The purpose is to evade the left hand of the opponent.
