The most important factor to be a great eskrimador is to know how to hold your stick properly. On this video we explain the proper grip on the stick and on how to do basic eskrima exercises.
Full grip- hold the stick 2 to 3 inches from the butt end in full grip manner just wrap the palm around the stick and never open the fingers during stick manuever.
