ESKRIDO MALAYBALAY BY- LAWS
The Eskrido Malaybalay was founded on September 23,2019.
Malaybalay is used as a tribute to the hometown of GM John John Mac where the passion for Martial arts begins.
MISSION
The mission of Eskrido Malaybalay is to study the national fighting art and spread this art to children and residents.
VISION
The vision of Eskrido Malaybalay is to embrace the tradition and culture of Filipino fighting arts which comprises “Pangamot”or hand to hand combat,” Isa’y Hinagiban” or one weapon and “Duhay Hinagiban” or two weapon and that it will continue and be taught to children endlessly.
No one can use the name and logo of Eskrido Malaybalay here locally and abroad without the permission of the founder GM JOHN JOHN MAC.
The Eskrido Malaybalay comprises the teachings of “Pangamot”, one weapon using “Olisi” and two weapon using “Two Olisi” and Olisi- y- Baraw or stick and knife.
TEACHINGS
The teachings are divided into four levels and each level is also divided into three sublevels.
WHITE–FIRST LEVEL
- White belt level one-72 hrs
- White belt level two with two stripes on his belt-72 hrs
- White belt level three with three stripes on his belt- 72 hrs
GREEN SECOND LEVEL
- First grade, green belt- 72 hrs
- Second grade, green belt with two stripes on his belt- 72 hrs
- Third grade, green belt with three stripes on his belt – 72 hrs
BROWN BELT –THIRD LEVEL
- Third class brown belt with three stripes on his belt –144 hrs
- Second class brown belt with two stripes on his belt- 144 hrs
- First class brown belt – 144 hrs
BLACK BELT- FOURTH LEVEL and as a teacher – 312 hrs
BELT TESTING AND PROMOTION FEES
WHITE BELT– FIRST LEVEL
30 USD- white belt level one
30 USD- white belt level two
30 USD- white belt level three
GREEN BELT – SECOND LEVEL
30 USD- first grade green belt
30 USD- second grade green belt
30 USD- third grade green belt
BROWN BELT– THIRD LEVEL
50 USD- third class brown belt
50 USD- second class brown belt
50 USD- first class brown belt
BLACK BELT– FOURTH LEVEL
100 USD- First grade black belt
100 USD- second grade black belt
200 USD- third grade black belt
300 USD- fourth grade black belt
400 USD- fifth grade black belt
500 USD- sixth grade black belt Master
POLICY
Those who want to teach using the name and logo of Eskrido Malaybalay must have finished all the lessons conducted by Eskrido Malaybalay. He must have a certificate of Affiliation and it must be signed by the founder, GM John John Mac.
Those who use the name and logo of Eskrido Malaybalay locally and nationally will pay FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (500.00) Philippine currency annually as an affiliation fee.
– all members within his jurisdiction will pay TWO HUNDRED PESOS (P200.00) Philippine currency.
The one who uses the name and logo of Eskrido Malaybalay foreign or abroad, within his jurisdiction with a distance of THREE HUNDRED (300 KM), in his region or city but not in his entire country, will pay TWO HUNDRED (200 USD) per year as an affiliation fee.
Those who use the name and logo of Eskrido Malaybalay foreign or abroad, as a director or head of the entire country will pay THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (3,500 USD) per year as an affiliation fee.
All members within his jurisdiction will pay TEN (10 USD) as membership fee.
All affiliation fees and membership fees must be paid to GM John John Mac’s personal account by the end of November every year. FIFTY PERCENT(50 % )will be used for the personal need of GM JOHN JOHN MAC, TWENTY FIVE (25 %) for the development of the headquarters for the facilities, TEN PERCENT (10 %) for the ID of all members and FIFTEEN PERCENT ( 15 %) for the funding of “Timbayayong” for local members. Timbayayong is a form of cooperation for those in need to local members such as scholarship, medical assistance and others.
All the members of Eskrido Malaybalay local and national, who break the law, committed a crime using what he learned in “Pangamot” or Pakikipagkumbati” Eskrido Malaybalay is not responsible and cannot be sued, especially the founder GM JOHN JOHN Mac. This problem will be handed over to the legal authorities in implementing peace and order.
DISCLAIMER
Participating and studying the art of Eskrido Malaybalay is in your own will and with parental consent for minors. If something happens to you or you are injured, or you have a health problem during training inside or outside the Eskrido Malaybalay Headquarters, the Eskrido Malaybalay is not responsible for the fees and Eskrido Malaybalay cannot be sued.
The videos and images obtained in which your image is included, and it is used, or will be used in future promotional videos or advertisement purposes of Eskrido Malaybalay, all of this is subject to your consent and with parental consent for minors.
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
If you have not complied the procedure and the law of Eskrido Malaybalay within one (1) year, Eskrido Malaybalay has the right to remove you as a member, representative of your region or your country. You are not allowed to use the logo and name of Eskrido Malaybalay.

WHO CAN TEACH ESKRIDO MALAYBALAY?
If you have completed the lessons and passed the final level or black belt, you can now teach the teachings of Eskrido Malaybalay, but it is restricted and prohibited to use the name and logo of Eskrido Malaybalay if you are a representative of CACOY CANETE DOCE PARES Worldwide. Eskrido Malaybalay is a sister club of CACOY CANETE DOCE PARES worldwide.
