Unbendable arm
This video was taken year 2009 at the Cacoy Canete Doce Pares headquarters, at the age of 90 years old the late Supreme Grandmaster Ciriaco Canete demonstrate the unbendable arm which he calls GAHUM or equivalent to Yin and yang. yin-yang is a Chinese philosophical concept that describes opposite but interconnected forces. Gahum in Cebuano is translated into power or a very strong energy, Power that combines the soft and hard according to the late SGM cacoy Canyete Ga- stands for gahi or hard and Hum stands for humok or soft.
