Basic footworks and stances

Basic footworks- footwork is very important to determine the distance from your opponent and not to get awkward when you deliver the strikes in different stances and positions.

V- Step- feet together as the starting point and forward the right foot and bring it back to the starting point then step the left foot forward and bring it back to the starting point. That’s called V-step.
