2. May 1& 2- Single stick attack and defense drills,Quadrant drills and ABC drills of angle 1-3-6.
3. May 8 & 9 – Sal-ob or snaking drills.
4. May 15 & 16- ABC drills with Sal-ob or snaking drills.
5. May 22 & 23- RAFA Combinations or Rapidity and fluidity of an attack.
6. May 29 & 30- RAFA combinations with disarming and locking techniques.
7. June 5 & 6- Tapi-tapion drills or block and parry drills.
8. June 12 & 13- Tapi-tapion drills continuation.
9. June 19 & 20- RAFA combinations with Tapi tapion applications.
10.- Review the while course from day 1.
A very interesting eskrima single stick drillls from Basic to advance techniques. It will give you additional Ideas in close quarter combat. It’s practical and simple, Can be done by solo or with training partner.
